We base all bathing and grooming prices primarily on breed, rather than weight. The reason for this is that a 7 lb. dog should take almost the same amount of time and effort as a 17 lb. dog, if both pets are of equal coat condition.
Drop off is any time between 7-9 am Monday-Friday, and 8-8:30 on Saturdays. We are not normally in on Wednesdays, as the office closes at 1:00. We NEVER charge a day board fee as long as your pet is picked up by 6:30 that day. We do offer later drop off times for basic bath dogs. Please call for details. Every pet is done on a first come, first served basis, with exceptions for heavily matted or thicker coated pets, as they take longer to correctly and humanely bathe or groom.
We also offer undercoat removals for double-coated breeds. Examples include: Husky, Golden Retriever, Samoyed, Labrador, German Shepherd, Sheltie, Collie and many more! Please call for details. Pictures are available upon request.
Is your pet matted? Do you have flea issues? We can fix that, too. Our de-matting fee is $20.00 per hour in addition to any bath or grooming. If your pet requires more than 1 hour of de-matting it will receive a “shave down”. It is our belief that no matter how ‘humane’ the method, your pet should still be spared the discomfort of the process. If your pet comes in with fleas, it’s not a problem. We offer an organic flea shampoo to kill the fleas currently on your pet for only $5.00 extra. We will also apply a flea preventative of your choice that is available for purchase at the front desk; at home flea care will still be needed.
